I have a PhD in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My research interests are Digital Technologies, Civic Media, New Media Arts, Social Equality and Democracy, Community-Based Media Production, Arthouse & Independent Cinema, and Cognitive Studies of Moving Images.
